Painting Damaged or Misprinted

If your painting arrives misprinted or damaged, you can request a free replacement during the first 7 days after you receive it. To do so, email contact@lirongart.com a photo of the misprinted or damaged painting. We will ship you a brand new print. Don’t worry about returning the original. It's that simple.

Painting not Damaged nor Misprinted

If your painting arrives without damage and is not misprinted, you still have the option to return it within the first 7 days if you have the original packaging. Follow these four steps to get a refund:

  1. Place the painting back in the package

  2. Buy a shipping label to the nearest facility in the table below

  3. Take a photo of package with the shipping label and send it to contact@lirongart.com

  4. Drop the box at the postal office
